At Eastpak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return any unused items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return form inside the box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to a designated drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 10-14 business days of receiving the items.
