How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Returns are free of charge, and we will process your refund as soon as the item reaches our warehouse.
How should I clean my Eastpak backpack?
To maintain the quality of your bag, we recommend cleaning it with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing or using harsh detergents, as this may damage the fabric and water-resistant coating.
